What is Brainspotting For?

Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-body therapy designed to help people access, process, and release trauma, anxiety, and emotional distress stored deep in the nervous system. It’s especially effective for those who feel “stuck” in talk therapy or who experience symptoms that don’t seem to have a clear cause.

Brainspotting is offered virtually by Anna Schubbe, LPC, LMFT, on a limited basis. She has specific training in Brainspotting I & II, Attachment Wounds & Brainspotting, Blindspotting, and Relationship Issues Brainspotting.
