Anna Schubbe, LPC, LMFT, Doctoral Candidate, Practice Owner
Hi, I’m Anna Schubbe, a therapist passionate about helping people navigate life’s hardest seasons with compassion and clarity. I work with older teens and adults who are processing grief, loss, and life transitions—helping them build resilience and reconnect with their sense of peace and purpose.
With training in Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and DBT-informed approaches, I create a supportive space where your story is honored and healing feels possible. My clients often describe me as grounded, warm, and collaborative. Together, we’ll work to uncover strengths, process pain, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
When I’m not in session, I enjoy exploring the Pocono Mountains, spending time with my loved ones, and finding small, joyful moments in everyday life.
